Champagne A. Bergère Origine Brut, een verleidelijke blend van 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, en 10% Meunier. Met druiven uit Fèrebrianges, Etoges, en Congy, weerspiegelt het de diversiteit van het familiedomein Bergère. De weelderige smaak, met elegante bubbels, toont tonen van appel en citrus, en een subtiel rijk karakter door houtrijping. Fascinerend vakmanschap! Foodpairing: aperitief.
Een verfijnde wijn gemaakt van de Sauvignon Blanc met fruitige tonen van citrus, witte bloemen en een minerale touch. Domaine Roland Tissier, gevestigd in Chavignol, een topwijndorp in Sancerre, is een sinds 1945 bestaand familiebedrijf. Nu beheerd door de kleinkinderen, oenoloog Rodolphe en wijnmaker Florent. De 30 jaar oude wijnstokken groeien op kalksteen en vuursteenbodem. Foodpairing: Koude visgerechten, lichte kazen.

Een krachtige en intense Super-Tuscan, samengesteld uit 85% Cabernet Sauvignon en 15% Petit Verdot druiven uit de Maremmen, aan de zuidkust van Toscane. Langdurige rijping op eikenhout, gevolgd door nog 3 maanden flesrijping, resulteert in de Pepi Lignana Poggio Colombi. Deze klassieke rode wijn kenmerkt zich door een zachte instap, waarbij zuren en tannines subtiel aanwezig zijn. Een must voor de liefhebber van authentiek Italiaans vakmanschap. Foodpairing: Licht gekruid vlees, stoofschotel, wildgerechten.
De Corte Majoli Amarone della Valpolicella, uit Valpolicella ten oosten van het Gardameer, behoort tot Italië's topwijnen. Handgeplukte druiven (Corvina Veronese - Rondinella - Molinara) ondergaan een streng selectieproces en drogen tot januari. Na 24 maanden eikenhoutrijping en 6 maanden flesrust, onthult deze Amarone aroma's van gerijpte kersen, viooltjes en kruidigheid, met een krachtige, elegante intensiteit en een langdurige afdronk. Een waarlijk meesterwerk. Foodpairing: Stevig gebraad, wild, intense sauzen.
Le Tertre du Lys d’Or Sauternes, een gerenommeerde Franse dessertwijn, betovert met zijn prachtige goudgele kleur. De bedwelmende aroma's van gekonfijt fruit, witte bloemen en een vleugje honing maken deze Sauternes een waar genot voor de zintuigen. Een onmiskenbaar hoogtepunt in de wereld van verfijnde wijnen.
