De kleur van de Shiso Purple vinegar is een mooie intensieve purperkleur en zoals u van ons gewend bent een zeer verfijnde en milde smaak van de Shiso Purple Cress.
Koppert Cress ontwikkelt kleuren, geuren, vormen en smaken. Dit alles voor in en bij gerechten, om deze nog smaakvoller te maken dan ze al zijn.
Onze meest bekende cress is de Shiso® Purple. Velen waarderen de kleur en de smaak van deze cress. Dit gegeven hebben wij aangegrepen om van delen van een Shiso Purple plant een wijnazijn te laten ontwikkelen.
In Noordoost Azië wordt de kleur van deze plant gebruikt om producten te kleuren. De kleur van de Shiso Purple vinegar is een mooie intensieve purperkleur en zoals u van ons gewend bent een zeer verfijnde en milde smaak van de Shiso Purple Cress. De smaak geeft u dezelfde ervaring achterin de mond van de heerlijke Shiso Purple. De kleur is een natuurlijke stof die aanwezig is in de plant. De rode gember die bij sushi gerechten gebruikt wordt is ook met deze stof gekleurd.
De Shiso Purple vinegar is ideaal geschikt voor het maken van sauzen, desserts, salades en dresseren van gerechten. De kleur is vast en vervaagd niet, dit is zeer belangrijk omdat juist de kleur iets extra brengt.
De inhoud van de flessen is 25 cl. en voorzien van een exclusief Koppert Cress zegel, dit betekent dat u van uitstekende kwaliteit gewaarborgd bent.
