Over Daalder
Chef Dennis Huwaë stond tijdens zijn werkend leven vooral aan het hoofd van sterrenrestaurants: keukens waarboven Michelinsterren prijkten. In 2016 stapte hij over naar Restaurant Daalder om daar chef en mede-eigenaar te worden. Dit was een droom die werkelijkheid werd. Zijn wens was om op sterrenniveau te koken, maar dan zonder de bijbehorende plechtige sfeer en de stijve bediening die vaker te zien en voelen is in een sterrenrestaurant. Hij zocht een plek waar iedereen durft binnen te stappen en zich op zijn of haar gemak voelt. Dit is Restaurant Daalder.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
