Over Restaurant Parkheuvel
Restaurant Parkheuvel, onder leiding van Erik van Loo, staat voor kwaliteit, stijl en persoonlijkheid. Het biedt een intieme sfeer met een prachtig uitzicht op het water. Anja van Loo beschrijft het als een plek van emotie en toewijding, waar gasten met voldoening worden ontvangen en uitgezwaaid.In de keuken draait alles om echte smaken en kwaliteit, met sinds kort zijn zoon Juliën aan het roer die klassiek en modern combineert met oog voor de nieuwste trends. Erik van Loo, geboren in Zuid-Limburg, heeft na jarenlange ervaring zijn eigen succesvolle pad bewandeld. Als Patron Cuisinier en eigenaar van Restaurant Parkheuvel, met twee Michelinsterren bekroond, heeft hij zich ook onderscheiden als auteur en expert op het gebied van smaak, met zijn bekende bijnaam 'Master of Sauce'.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
