Over Onno Kokmeijer
Onno Kokmeijer ontwikkelde al op jonge leeftijd een passie voor de culinaire wereld. Hij heeft waardevolle kennis vergaard door te werken met vooraanstaande chefs en hun restaurants, wat hij nog altijd als basis voor zijn gerechten gebruikt. In 2003 begon hij zijn carrière bij Ciel Bleu**, waar hij zijn eigen culinaire signatuur ontwikkelde. Zijn interesse in Nederlandse producten evolueerde naar een passie voor internationale ingrediënten uit diverse streken wereldwijd. Hij leidde de keuken van Ciel Bleu** met een sterke focus op het begeleiden van jonge aspirant-chefs. Na bijna 20 jaar bij Ciel Bleu** te hebben gewerkt, besloot Onno zijn carrière daar te beëindigen en zich culinair verder te ontwikkelen. Onno heeft al deze kennis samengebracht in een overheerlijke culinaire box voor bij jou thuis.
