Over Boers&Boers
Het idee achter Boers&Boers is om Nederland een andere, meer traditionele culinaire kerst thuis te laten beleven. Eigenlijk zoals dat in Engeland gebeurt, het land waar Jan Boers al jaren komt. En zeg je Engeland dan zeg je kalkoen met kerst. Dat is dan ook de plek waar de broers de ultieme kerstkalkoen hebben gevonden. Vrij rondlopend op het prachtige landgoed van de familie Copas, die zo’n beetje alle culinaire ‘awards’ hebben gewonnen die er te krijgen zijn. Boers&Boers heeft er voor gekozen om deze Rolls Royce onder de kalkoen niet alleen in deze vorm naar Nederland te halen, maar ook een variant te bereiden die al ontbeend en heerlijk gevuld is, om het jou iets makkelijker te maken! Inmiddels is Boers&Boers ‘the place to be’ voor kalkoenen met kerst, maar ook bijvoorbeeld voor een Beef Wellington, die als mooi pakket met alle benodigde top ingrediënten geleverd wordt.
Upgrade uw ervaring
Eventueel kun je ook nog een heerlijke bijpassende Jus de Veau bestellen, bereid door Boers&Boers chef Bert van Rijt, getrokken van kalfsbeen met onder meer een groente bouquet, wat rode wijn en dragon.
Tot slot kan natuurlijk een hele mooie cranberrysaus niet ontbreken, speciaal gemaakt voor onze kalkoenleverancier Copas.
Allergenen: vulling is glutenvrij. De marinade bevat lactose.
Het grote voordeel is dat het makkelijk is om plakjes te snijden en je kunt ook nog iets bewaren voor een later moment, dus het is ook geschikt als je met wat minder mensen bent of het als onderdeel van bijvoorbeeld een buffet wilt presenteren.
