Typische Spaanse worst gemaakt van 100% raszuiver Iberisch varkensvlees.
Deze exclusieve ham wordt bereid van het Wagyu Tajima rund. Het vlees op natuurlijke wijze minimaal 20 maanden gedroogd in kelders in het in Noord-Spanje gelegen Astorga. De 'Cecina' heeft hierdoor een bijzonder aroma, een briljante kleur en een sappige beet. De lichte rooksmaak smelt in de mond en laat een overweldigende en onvergetelijke indruk achter.
20 maanden gerijpt. Ham afkomstig van een zeer oud ras dat gehouden wordt in de open lucht aan de voet van de Pyreneeën. Het varken scharrelt vrij rond en eet allen eikels, kastanjes en gras.
Gemaakt van op stenen gemalen biologisch tarwemeel, water en zeezout uit de Guérande en onze eigen desemcultuur (zonder toegevoegde gist). De karakteristieke, stevige korst is knapperig en beschermt het brood tegen uitdrogen.
Dit prachtige notenbrood wordt gemaakt met noten, zaden, olie en eieren. Dit pareltje heeft een heerlijke hartige smaak en een krokant korstje.
Focaccia is een Italiaans platbrood. Het brood is afkomstig uit de streek Ligurië, maar wordt door heel Italië gemaakt én ondertussen ook daarbuiten. Deze variant met komijn is uitermate geschikt voor je kaasfondue.
Bloemkoolroosjes met fenegriek zaad, een typisch Indiaas kruid met een warm, kruidig, kerrie-achtig aroma.
Een smaakvol bijgerecht van gele bieten met een subtiele touch van mosterdzaad, perfect om te dippen in de kaasfondue.
Heerlijke gepekelde uitjes met een vleugje laurier.
Over Het Kaasatelier
Het Kaasatelier is een jong bedrijf met Joost aan het roer die al bijna zijn hele leven in de tophoreca of aanverwante bedrijven heeft gewerkt. Samen met Lotte, tevens zijn partner, zorgt hij voor de mooiste kazen uit heel Europa, kleinschalig, artisanal gemaakt met liefde voor de dieren en de omgeving. Bij Het Kaasatelier affineert men deze kazen tot ze op het perfecte moment naar de restaurants door heel Nederland en Vlaanderen gaan. U kunt nu als consument ook aan een gedeelte van ons assortiment komen via SOUS.
