Hey, wij zijn Roos en Sil. Toen we ontdekten dat veel olijfolie uit de supermarkt van lage kwaliteit is, maakten we het onze missie om Nederland kennis te laten maken met olijfolie van topkwaliteit—volledig traceerbaar van boom tot fles. Als je goed proeft, merk je – net als bij wijn – dat elke olijfolie een uniek karakter heeft. Daarom hebben we niet één, maar drie extra vierge olijfoliën – gemaakt van verschillende olijfsoorten, rechtstreeks van boeren uit Spanje en Italië. Zo creëren we unieke smaakervaringen, zodat er altijd eentje is die perfect bij jouw gerecht past.

“Delicious menu! Tasty and easy to prepare. You have to provide a nice ambiance yourself (nice plates, candles, music). If you create this romantic setting it will be a true 'night out'. Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
