Terre Calcaree
De Terre Calcaree is een elegante wijn die zijn naam dankt aan de witte, kalkrijke bodem waarop de druiven groeien. Deze minerale grond geeft de wijn zijn verfijnde karakter en een subtiele mineraliteit in geur en smaak. Hoewel het vinificatieproces vergelijkbaar is met de Rosso di Contrada, biedt de Terre Calcaree een uniek palet van frisse elegantie en diepgang, perfect voor wie houdt van finesse in rode wijn.
Rosso di Contrada
De Rosso di Contrada is rijk en vol, met complexe lagen van zoete tannines en frisse, levendige tonen. De druiven komen van verschillende percelen, elk met hun eigen bodemsoorten en microklimaten, wat zorgt voor een prachtig gebalanceerde wijn die het terroir van Sicilië tot leven brengt.

“Delicious menu! Tasty and easy to prepare. You have to provide a nice ambiance yourself (nice plates, candles, music). If you create this romantic setting it will be a true 'night out'. Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”

The guy who had delivered it had given me a warm smile and said: enjoy it. ”
