Een rijke en volle rode wijn met complexe lagen van zoete tannines en frisse, levendige tonen, gemaakt van Nero d'Avola druiven uit verschillende percelen.

Eureka
De Eureka is een unieke Chardonnay die compleet anders smaakt dan de Franse variant. De druiven worden met schil en al gefermenteerd gedurende 15 dagen, waarna de wijn maar liefst 18 maanden rijpt in stalen tanks in plaats van op hout. Dit geeft de Eureka een frisse en karaktervolle smaak, zonder de zware tonen die je van een klassieke Chardonnay verwacht. De unieke ligging en de kalkrijke bodem zorgen voor een wijn met diepgang en frisheid, perfect voor wie openstaat voor een verrassende, nieuwe kant van Chardonnay.
Rosso di Contrada
De Rosso di Contrada is rijk en vol, met complexe lagen van zoete tannines en frisse, levendige tonen. De druiven komen van verschillende percelen, elk met hun eigen bodemsoorten en microklimaten, wat zorgt voor een prachtig gebalanceerde wijn die het terroir van Sicilië tot leven brengt.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
