Restaurant Le Barrage te Alblasserdam ligt op een prachtige locatie met uitzicht over rivier de Alblas. Je kunt bij ons terecht voor de lunch, diner of borrel. Met puur vakmanschap uit de keuken en vriendelijke service als aanvullend ingrediënt, zorgt ons team telkens weer voor een unieke belevenis. Geniet van één van onze menu's waarbij jij, in je eigen huis, enkel de finishing touch geeft. Chefkok Maikel Terlouw heeft leren koken in Michelin restaurants zoals Restaurant Parkheuvel en Restaurant de Zwethheul. Hij draait al een paar jaar mee in de Willaertsgroup. Deze man neemt nu zijn podium. Wat je proeft is een ontwikkelde smaak, authenticiteit en kennis. Al zijn opgedane inspiratie zit in de menukaart. Een kaart waar de bewuste ‘foody’ enthousiast van wordt.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
