Voor het voorgerecht is gekozen voor een Sauvignon Blanc blend met Semillon, zoekt in het gerecht de frisse smaak op waardoor de licht ziltige smaken er uit zullen springen.
Een aromatische wijn met smaaktonen van Papaja, welke ook terugkomen in het gerecht.
Het hoofdgerecht krijgt begeleiding van een krachtig glas Monastrell uit Alicante. De krachtige tonen in combinatie met het rijpe fruit sluit perfect aan bij de ribeye met appeljus.
In de neus de geur van thee, maar in de mond een heerlijke licht mousserende Moscato. Perfecte zoete afsluitende begeleider naast de matcha met witte chocolade.
