Deze Braziliaanse prachtkoffie wordt geproduceerd op de koffieboerderij van de familie Klem. Zij zijn sinds de jaren 50 bezig met het kweken en oogsten van kwaliteitskoffie zonder oog te verliezen op de impact op het milieu.
Sinds 2010 zijn de kinderen van het familie hoofd verder gegaan met het investeren in nieuwe droog en verwerkingsmethodes van de koffie. In 2017 zijn ze vervolgens derde geworden in de befaamde Brazil's Cup of Excellence, een uitreiking voor de beste koffies van dat jaar.
Deze koffie hebben wij zo gebrand dat de zoete aspecten en diepe cacao tonen goed naar voren komen in zowel pure espresso als een espresso met melk. De koffie is gemakkelijk te zetten en werkt ook erg goed verwerkt in een tiramisu of espresso martini.
