Over Van Bruggen
Bij Van Bruggen hebben we een passie voor thee, die wij al delen sinds 2012. Wij zijn Paula en Axel van Bruggen en wij runnen nu al ruim 10 jaar onze webshop. Een echt familiebedrijf, met inmiddels een team van 6 theeliefhebbers. Wij zetten ons elke dag in voor een vernieuwend aanbod, nieuwe producten en snelle verwerking van al jullie orders. Dat doen we met heel veel plezier! Wij zijn continue bezig met de ontwikkeling van ons assortiment. Niet alleen bieden wij het grootste assortiment losse thee van Nederland aan, ook ontwikkelen wij zelf nieuwe thee producten. Met thee kan immers zoveel meer! Ook hebben we in 2022 chocolade opgenomen in ons assortiment. Met deze ambachtelijke, handgemaakte chocolademelkbommen, fondues en andere chocolade delicatessen heb je in een mum van tijd een heerlijke en bijzondere delicatesse op tafel staan.
Een chocoladebom is een feestje in je glas. Voeg de 'bom' toe aan een mok hete melk en de bol zal langzaam smelten. Zo heb je in een mum van tijd een bijzonder glas chocolademelk klaar. De chocoladebommen zijn ware smaaksensaties. Alleen de beste ingrediënten en kruiden (van J.S. Polak) zijn goed genoeg voor de chocoladebommen.

Ingrediënten: suiker, weidemelkpoeder, cacaopoeder, gehard plantaardig vet (kokosnoot), antiklontermiddel (E341, E551) melkeiwit, emulgator (E481) natriumalginaat, zout, stabilisator (E452, E340), aroma.
Vervaardigd in een ruimte waar BLOEM en NOTEN verwerkt wordt.
Koel (kamertemperatuur) en droog bewaren.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
