Deze boterzachte textuur komt tot stand omdat de buikspek 5 uur lang wordt voorgerookt op appelhout, waardoor een zachte rooksmaak ontstaat.
Gegarandeerd een 'fall off the bone'-ervaring. Deze ribben zijn een nacht op lage temperatuur gemarineerd.
Een nacht voorgemarineerd in een aromatische mix van pekel en kruiden. Vervolgens wordt het nogmaals gemarineerd in een BBQ rub en langzaam gerookt gedurende 15 uur.
Dit is een klassieke Zuid-Afrikaanse worst. 100% rundvlees, doordrenkt met geroosterd korianderzaad, zout, peper en nootmuskaat.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
