Josep's approach focuses on recording freshness and subtlety in the wine by using a relatively short maceration time, so that the lively and youthful character of the Garnacha grapes is retained.

The Eureka is the only wine from Marabino made from an international grape, namely the Chardonnay. But if you expect a classic French Chardonnay, then you are wrong! Thanks to the unique location and the special lime -rich bottom of Sicily, this wine has a completely different character. The grapes are fermented for no less than 15 days with the skin, which results in an intense taste. After that the wine ripens for 18 months in steel tanks, instead of wood, as you often see at French Chardonnay. The result?
