Tom Vinke
Tom Vinke took over the kitchen from his father, renowned Michelin-starred chef Edwin Vinke, who now cooks at restaurant 1742 in Ibiza. Tom received his first Michelin star in 2024—an impressive achievement for a young chef. The Oosterschelde and the North Sea are the restaurant's main suppliers. The rest of the ingredients come from De Zilte Hof vegetable garden, a garden full of scents, colors, and flavors, where Tom grows his own fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Only local products are used in the kitchen. You will be given a tour of the garden, followed by a cooking workshop by the chef himself and a Michelin-starred lunch. If you wish, you can also request dinner for the evening and/or spend the night in one of the suites at De Kromme Watergang.
