The Kaasatelier is a young company run by Joost, who has spent most of his life working in top-class restaurants and related businesses. Together with Lotte, who is also his partner, he sources the finest cheeses from all over Europe, produced on a small scale using traditional methods and with love for the animals and the environment. The Kaasatelier ages these cheeses until they are ready to be sent to restaurants throughout the Netherlands and Flanders.
