"Phans: Europe's tastiest and most sustainable fish sauce." Phans was born out of our passion for food and our desire to put fish sauce on the Western menu. Many existing sauces contain unnecessary additives and lack a rich, intense flavor. We at Phans thought we could do better. At Phans, we combine a traditional family recipe with a focus on sustainability. By allowing our fish sauce to mature longer, using fish as bycatch and locally grown seaweed, Phans is a new and high-quality product in Europe. Phans offers a range of fish sauces and plant-based alternatives that bring together the flavors of Vietnam and the Netherlands. The brand symbolizes coming home, where memories and cultures merge into one product.
