Preparation level

Level 1

These menus could, so to speak, be prepared by children and require little to no effort. Think only oven work and simple finishing touches that require no care or hassle.

Level 2

These menus are very easy to prepare by following the instructions. Think of a pot of water on the stove while something else is in the oven. You also don't have to spend long in the kitchen here, but you are involved in the preparation process.

Level 3

Roll up your sleeves, but with a smile. You should still be able to prepare these menus without any cooking experience. You are expected to plate the dishes, or in some cases, fry components in the pan. You dive into the kitchen for each dish, but that gives you an even prouder feeling when you put it on the table.

Let me spoil you! I am Damiën van Helvoirt, a chef who is passionate about cooking for your special occasion and pampering you. I have been working in the kitchen since I was 16, and I am still developing my skills with all kinds of flavor combinations. On my nightstand, you won't find a thriller by Jens Lapidus or Stephen King, but rather a stack of cookbooks that I enjoy leafing through as a hobby before going to sleep. Over the years, I have gained experience in a wide range of segments, which has allowed me to develop my own style: robust yet delicate. If you choose me to provide you with a delicious dinner, I will go to great lengths to make it a memorable evening. I will take care of the table linen, crockery, cutlery, and table decorations, and the kitchen will be left spotless. You don't have to think about a thing. Every two months, I have a new seasonal menu, but that should mainly be interpreted as a common theme. If you would like any adjustments or have special dietary requirements, these will be implemented and we can discuss them together.
