Cal Ros i Punt 2023 is een witte wijn, gemaakt door de gewaardeerde wijnmaker Amor Per La Terra. Deze wijn barst van levendige tonen van rijpe citrusvruchten, steenvruchten en een vleugje kruiden. Met een perfecte balans tussen frisse zuurgraad en een zachte, complexe textuur, is het ideaal om gewoon te drinken of voor meer verfijnde avonden.
Deze jonge Garnacha van Terra Alta is gemaakt van 20 jaar oude wijnstokken en ondergaat een maceratieproces van 10 dagen. De aanpak van Josep is om de frisheid en subtiliteit in de wijn vast te leggen door gebruik te maken van een relatief korte maceratieperiode, waarbij het levendige en jeugdige karakter van de Garnacha-druiven behouden blijft. Naast het dynamische karakter is er een delicate hint van balsamico-tonen die een laagje complexiteit en intriges toevoegen aan de algehele smaakervaring.
Als je dan die mooie fles opentrekt, wil je natuurlijk ook mooi de kurk kunnen presenteren op tafel! Voor de variatie van je tafeldekking hebben er twee in de doos gedaan. Deze is gemaakt van gerecyclede wijnflessen.
