Wauw, rauwe en gebakken coquilles in combinatie met salade van papaja en maïs. Een heerlijke combinatie tussen elegantie en spanning.
Een overheerlijk stuk Rib-eye met een stroperige appeljus. Daarbij smaken van pistache om de avond compleet te maken.
Het slot van de avond brengt een spekkoek uit Maleisië met daarnaast ceylon en sereh en witte chocolade met matcha.
