Clase Azul staat bekend om het maken van een van de zuiverste tequila’s op de markt. Met extreem zuiver water en zeer rijpe agave, geteeld op een van de hoogste punten van Jalisco.
Door het microklimaat ontwikkelt de agave meer citrus en aardse aroma’s dan we kennen uit de hooglanden.
Zignum, wat “top van de speer” betekent, is een uitzonderlijk zachte, verfijnde Mezcal. Een van de weinige ‘niet-rokerige’ Mezcals.
Een verborgen juweel in de wereld van tequila is Herencia Mexicana. Eerlijke, schone tequila’s uit de hooglanden van Jalisco.
Nog een parel uit de hooglanden van Jalisco, Capilla de Guadalupe. El Amo Extra Anejo verbleef meer dan 3 jaar in verkoolde witte Amerikaanse eiken vaten.
Gemaakt door Maestro Cipriano Hernández uit Las Salinas, is deze mezcal van La Medida trouw aan zijn aard als “eenvoudige sterke drank”.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
