Malteco Rum Selección 1986 is een mooie en zeldzame rum uit Guatemala. Deze rum werd gedistilleerd in 1986 en wordt rijp bewaard in ex-bourbon vaten tot de meester-menger, na rijp beraad en talrijke proeverijen, zijn toestemming geeft om deze vaten te bottelen.
Opgericht in 1877 door twee Britse zwagers. Dos Maderas is ‘s werelds enige double cask aged rum, een innovatief rijpingsproces in twee fasen om een uitgesproken rijke en zachte smaak te creëren.
Zoals de naam al doet vermoeden, is El Dorado Rare Collection Port Mourant 1997 een zeldzame rum. De distillatie vond plaats in 1997 op de distilleerketel van Port Mourant in de distilleerderij van Uitvlugt, Guyana.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
