Het menu
Romig, vol en elegant wit. De 1685 Chardonnay krijgt enkele maanden houtrijping. De combinatie met het heerlijk frisse citrusfruit, aroma’s van rijpe ananas, kaneel en nootmuskaat maakt dat deze wijn echt overheerlijk is.
Licht, fris en fruitig wit. Een zeer elegante mousserende wijn gemaakt volgens de traditionele Afrikaanse wijze, Méthode Cap Classique. De Cuvée is gemaakt van Chardonnay en Pinot Noir, net als in Champagne.
Vol en rond rood, geconcentreerd, houttonen. De bekendste rode wijn van Boschendal is zonder meer de 1685 Shiraz. Een heerlijk kruidige en peperige wijn.
Over Ron Gastrobar
Ron Blaauw, eigenaar en chef-kok van Ron Gastrobar At Home, begon al vroeg met koken. Toen hij 16 jaar oud was, vond hij dat er toch echt een keuze voor de toekomst gemaakt moest worden. Dit bracht hem tot de koksschool: "Uiteindelijk werd dat Amsterdam, wat ik eigenlijk altijd in mijn hoofd had. Weg uit Hoorn, waar ik geboren en getogen was. Dit was het. Ik ontdekte dat je van een appel een appeltaart kon maken en van zalm gravlax. Dat je creatief kon zijn, dat je mensen kon verrassen, dat je mensen blij kon maken". Ron is nu exclusief partner en verkrijgbaar op SOUS.
