De gado gado is gemaakt met groenten en wordt geserveerd met een romige pindasaus.
Dit vegetarische gerecht is gemaakt van langzaam gegaarde jackfruit gemarineerd in een bombu van rendang en wordt geserveerd met gekleurde kroepoek
Dit gerecht wordt gemaakt van gebakken groenten in saus van gebrande paprika het gerecht wordt afgemaakt door een krokante wontoncrumble
Voor dit gerecht worden de tempeh en tahu geroerbakt en overgoten met een saus van ketjap. Daar boven op komt nog lekker krokante tempeh.
Ook wel gebakken aardappeltjes. De aardappelen worden gebakken in een pittige sambal saus en gerserveerd met een krokantje van jeneverbes
Een echte klassieker. Het gerecht is gemaakt van ei in een kruidige en romige kokossaus en met verse bieslook.
Peralatan Makan is gerecht gemaakt van kroepoek, emping en pinda saus.

Ron Blaauw, eigenaar en chef-kok van Ron Gastrobar At Home, begon al vroeg met koken. Toen hij 16 jaar oud was, vond hij dat er toch echt een keuze voor de toekomst gemaakt moest worden. Dit bracht hem tot de koksschool: "Uiteindelijk werd dat Amsterdam, wat ik eigenlijk altijd in mijn hoofd had. Weg uit Hoorn, waar ik geboren en getogen was. Dit was het. Ik ontdekte dat je van een appel een appeltaart kon maken en van zalm gravlax.
