Over Pickle & Peppers
Wij zijn 'The Two Dudes Mixing Stuff', twee vrienden met een passie voor lekker eten, drinken, natuur, chilipepers, fermentatie en pekelen. Martin (Mr. Pickle) is een chef met 20 jaar ervaring, en Geert (Mr. Peppers) is scheikundige en chilipeperliefhebber. Samen maken we unieke producten met lokale, Belgische ingrediënten. We kweken een deel van onze ingrediënten zelf en fermenteren of pekelen om jaarrond rijke smaken te bieden. Onze producten zijn verpakt in POP™-gerecycleerde PET, wat helpt om plastic uit de oceaan te houden en lokale economieën te steunen.
Pickled Peppers brengen de zomer op je bord. 4 soorten chilipepers die opgelegd worden in een zoetzure azijn met look en kruiden. Van milde zoete aardse poblano's tot krokante zoete hetere Aji Amarillo.
Heerlijk aromatisch en perfect om wat frisheid en hitte brengen. Een mooie zoetzure balans die wat vettigere gerechten mooi balanceert. Gebruik zoals je augurken of zure uitjes zou gebruiken.
Gooi de azijn, die overblijft als de pepers op zijn niet weg. Gebruik hem om een saladedressing te maken, te marineren of Pickle Back Shots.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
