Over NONA Drinks
Ik ben Charlotte, gepassioneerd door natuur en productinnovatie. Als kind maakte ik graag mijn eigen drankjes van kruiden die ik terugvond in de charmante velden van de Bourgoyen-Ossemeersen, een natuurreservaat in de buurt van Gent. Later groeide mijn liefde voor natuur en interesse in voedingstechnologie uit tot een diploma in Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen in 2017. Op een midzomeravond tijdens een afterwork drink met enkele vrienden, zocht ik naar een alcoholvrij alternatief voor één van mijn favoriete cocktails. Het enige wat de barman mij kon aanbieden was een veel te zoet drankje. Op dat moment ben ik beginnen experimenteren met verschillende kruiden en botanicals en was NONA June geboren. Ik stopte niet met experimenteren, ondertussen ontwikkelde ik ook NONA Spritz en NONA Ginger.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
