Over Raïnaraï
Laurent Med Khellout is chef-kok en eigenaar van Raïnaraï, een restaurant en cateringbedrijf met een Algerijns-nomadische keuken. Hij kookt met pure, natuurlijke ingrediënten, geïnspireerd door zijn achtergrond als nomade uit Algerije. “Nomadisch koken is vrijheid – avontuurlijk, losjes en vol smaak.” De naam Raïnaraï verwijst naar de Algerijnse muziekstijl rai, waarin eigenheid en emotie centraal staan. “Zing met je gevoel, dan kom je waar je wilt.” Zo begon zijn culinaire reis.
