Door aandacht te besteden aan elk detail, spat de passie voor het vak van al onze producten af. In het atelier perfectioneren we ons assortiment en vinden we steeds nieuwe manieren om u te verrassen. Zo blijven we sleutelen aan de ultieme overgang van een zuurtje naar een bittertje, experimenteren we eindeloos met texturen in taarten en laten we ’s nachts allerlei kruiden trekken in de ganaches voor onze macarons en bonbons. We werken alleen met zuivere ingrediënten en voegen geen troep toe. Dat proeft u meteen. Denk aan krachtige grand cru chocolades van eco-plantages in Ecuador, vanille gerookt in onze eigen achtertuin en verse vruchtenpurees zonder conserveringsmiddelen. Onze producten zijn niet gemaakt om te bewaren, maar om er zo snel mogelijk van te genieten.
De giftbox wordt naar keuze gevuld met de smaken: Madagaskar Vanille, Pure Chocolade, Hazelnoot-Praliné, Koffie en Gin & Tonic. De samenstelling hiervan kan variëren.

“Delicious menu! Tasty and easy to prepare. You have to provide a nice ambiance yourself (nice plates, candles, music). If you create this romantic setting it will be a true 'night out'. Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
