Nina is een chef-kok en auteur van verschillende best-selling kookboeken. Nina staat bekend om haar unieke maar authentieke stijl; pure gerechten met een vleugje power. Haar boeken zijn in dezelfde stijl geschreven, wat het erg plezierig maakt om te lezen. Ze werkt al meer dan 15 jaar creatief met gerechten voor tijdschriften en culinaire merken en is een award-winning creative director, fotograaf, stylist en ontwerper. Ze is ervan overtuigd dat bewust en lekker eten goed samengaat. Nina haar stijl van eten is altijd toegankelijk geweest, waardoor iedereen ervan kan meegenieten.
