Het is niet meer nodig om naar verschillende supermarkten en toko's te gaan om thuis een onvergetelijke ramen-noedelsoep te maken. Chef Chang heeft de inkopen, het voormarineren en de receptuur voor je neergezet. Zelf kan je in een paar leuke, eenvoudige stappen een geweldige ramen uitserveren.
In een Japanse kom schitteren Ramen noedels, gehuld in een zijdezachte Miso en Shoyu soepbasis, die diep umami en een vleugje zoutigheid verenigen. De kom wordt bewoond door plakjes gegrilde varkens- en kippenfilet, die samen met de noedels en bouillon een perfecte harmonie vormen. Knapperige Kimchi relish en maïskorrels zorgen voor een prikkelende zoetzure dimensie. Zeewiervellen voegen een subtiele maritieme touch toe. Bovenal schijnt het Ajitama Japans ei, met zijn romige dooier en sojamarinade. Als kers op de taart: chili-sesamolie en bosui ringen geven een prikkelende kick aan deze Japanse culinaire meesterwerk
6 gyoza's met kip, en 6 vegetarische gyoza's. Aanvullend met een sausje van de chef.
