Over Chef van der Lecq
Mijn naam is Daan van der Lecq. Influecer, foodfluencer, cheffluencer, ik heb het allemaal gehoord. Ik voel mezelf gewoon Daan. Onder de naam @chefvanderlecq voel ik mij vooral Media Chef. Dit omdat ik geniet van de spotlight en magische vingers heb in de keuken. Wel moet ik bekennen dat ik de strepen die een chef moet verdienen, heb overgeslagen en mezelf heb gekroond tot chef. Wel heb ik minimaal net zoveel uren in de keuken gestaan als een restaurant chef, alleen kan ik iedere dag al mijn creativiteit kwijt in een nieuw gerecht wat ik aan duizenden mensen laat zien, in plaats van dat ik iedere dag een vast menu serveer aan een beperkt aantal tafelgasten. Ieder zijn ding, ieder zijn benaming.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
