Meer dan 100 jaar geleden begon mijn overgrootvader Spiros met het maken van olijfolie van twee bijzondere olijfsoorten uit eigen tuin. Toen mijn grootvader het stokje overnam, begon hij onze olijfolie te verkopen, voornamelijk aan mensen uit de stad. Ze reisden speciaal naar Agios Matheos om onze verfijnde extra vierge olijfolie te kopen. Nu, als vierde generatie, zet ik deze familietraditie voort. Wij willen onze olijfolie van de inheemse Lianolia-olijf niet alleen in Griekenland delen, maar ook in Nederland laten proeven.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
