Hot Head Salsa is geboren uit een passie voor eten en wetenschap. Oprichter Kevin heeft een achtergrond in scheikunde en experimenteert graag met unieke smaakprofielen. Bij Hot Head Salsa ligt de focus op fermenteren, kleine batches, en verse biologische ingrediënten direct van de boer. Hierdoor kan er genoten worden van een ambachtelijk product dat altijd met liefde is ontwikkeld. Met zijn missie “good food is worth waiting for” wilt Kevin laten zien dat gefermenteerde producten op verschillende manieren iets kunnen toevoegen aan onze eetbeleving. Vooral in een wereld waar alles draait om groter en sneller is het juist belangrijk om een stap terug te nemen en met geduld te wachten op een kwalitatief goed product.

Handgemaakt in Amsterdam met lokale biologische ingrediënten direct van de boer.
Ingrediënten: Rode biet*, blauwe bessen, chipotle peper, ghost pepper, kurkuma*, knoflook*, hibiscus thee*, roze Himalaya zout, citroensap*, natuurazijn*, arrowroot*.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
