Bij Jef eet je wat de Texelse natuur je die dag te bieden heeft. Pure smaken zonder poespas in perfecte harmonie met de wijnen die door sommelier en meestergastvrouw Nadine worden geselecteerd. Bij Jef staat voor teruggaan naar de basis en staat symbool voor alles wat te proeven is op Texel. Verse groenten, uit eigen moestuin, met verse vis en schaaldieren en natuurlijk het bekende Texelse lam. Bij Jef staat de natuur op nummer een. En alles wat in zijn restaurant te vinden is, doet ere aan deze filosofie. Voor de fijnproevers die zich graag laten verrassen. Proef de schatten van het wad, nu thuis via SOUS. Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
