Over Bergpaviljoen Bistronomique
Feel good gastronomie zonder opsmuk in een aangename en ongedwongen sfeer! Ons keukenteam kookt graag met vis, schaal- en schelpdieren. Elke dag presenteren we onze verse vis in de visbar op het crushed ice buffet, direct wanneer je binnenkomt. Groente is al lang geen bijgerecht meer. Ook op onze menukaart neemt het inmiddels een prominente plaats in. Vanuit onze moestuin, bloementuin en kruidentuin plukken we iedere dag ingrediënten. Zo is de herkomst van de ingrediënten echt terug te proeven in de gerechten! Of je nu geniet van een goed gevulde borrelbox, een amusebox of een compleet drie- of viergangenmenu bestelt, de verse kruiden en groenten komen rechtstreeks uit de Amersfoortse proeftuin!

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
