Bij ons vind je altijd de perfecte wijn voor elke gelegenheid! Wij geloven dat er nog steeds veel onontdekte, geweldige wijnen zijn die worden gemaakt door kleine wijnproducenten die de tijd en de aandacht nemen om een goede wijn te leveren. Deze boutique producenten (kleine oplage, hoge kwaliteit) staan dagelijks in hun eigen wijngaard en overzien zelf iedere stap in de wijnproductie. Ze hebben passie voor hun werk en dat proef je in elke fles! In onze winkel in Amsterdam-Zuid kan je terecht voor al je wensen op het gebied van wijn – wij helpen je graag om de beste keuze te maken! We organiseren vaak proeverijen zodat je nieuwe wijnen kan ontdekken, maar ook buiten deze proeverijen staan er vaak mooie flessen open om je te verrassen!
AUSAS Interpretación is een meesterwerk van Xavier Ausàs, voormalig chef-oenoloog van het prestigieuze Vega Sicilia. Deze rode wijn, gemaakt van 100% tempranillo druiven, groeit op kalksteenbodems op een hoogte van 900 meter in Ribera del Duero. De wijn ontving maar liefst 95/100 punten van Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate voor zijn debuutjaargang in 2016. Met fruitige en minerale aroma’s biedt hij een krachtige, geconcentreerde smaak die toch zacht en elegant blijft. Een verfijnde creatie van een van 's werelds beste wijnmakers, die de essentie van zijn terroir perfect tot uiting brengt.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
