Kerst bestellingen
Hieronder staan de belangrijkste vragen en antwoorden rondom bezorging tijdens kerst. Neem deze door voordat je contact opneemt. Door de kerstdrukte is onze klantenservice alleen beschikbaar voor urgente problemen en klachten. Overige vragen kunnen naar hello@eatsous.com en beantwoorden wij later.

Onze klantenservice is bereikbaar van maandag tot en met zaterdag van 9:00 tot 19:00.
Rondom de feestdagen bezorgen wij tussen 07:00 en 18:00 uur. Op de avond vóór de bezorgdatum ontvang je een Track & Trace-link met een tijdsindicatie. Hiermee kun je de bezorging gedurende de dag volgen. Het is niet mogelijk om vooraf een exact bezorgmoment aan te geven.

Nee, het is niet mogelijk om de bezorgtijd te wijzigen door de extreme drukte met kerst
Wij proberen het eerst bij de buren te bezorgen. Als die niet thuis zijn zetten we het ergens buiten neer en krijg je een melding. Als dit niet lukt nemen we het mee terug naar ons distirbutiecentrum en proberen we het een dag later opnieuw.
Wat vervelend! Maak direct foto's van de inhoud en neem zo snel mogelijk contact op met onze klantenservice.
Er zit een instructie in de doos (papier of via een QR-code naar een video). De meeste menu’s hebben ook de instructies staan op de product pagina onder het kopje “Instructies en Allergenen”. Kun je het alsnog niet vinden, dan kun je onze klantenservice vragen.
Tijdens de feestdagen kunnen wij geen aanpassingen doen aan de samenstelling van de boxen. Wil je de ingrediëntenlijst en allergenen inzien? Kijk dan bij de Instructies.
De menuboxen zijn (gekoeld) minimaal 2 dagen na ontvangst houdbaar zonder kwaliteitsverlies.
Helaas is het niet meer mogelijk om bestellingen voor kerst nog te wijzigen of te annuleren.
Check eerst je spam/ongewenste mail. Niet gevonden? Neem contact op en vermeld je bezorgadres, datum en e-mailadres. Wij sturen hem direct opnieuw.
Kijk naar de totaalprijs. Klopt het bedrag? Dan is de bestelling goed binnengekomen (de automatische telling wijkt soms af). Bij twijfel controleert onze klantenservice het graag voor je.
Heb je vragen? Neem geen contact op met het restaurant, zij kunnen je niet helpen. Neem in dat geval contact op met ons team. We hebben een live chat en nemen indien nodig telefonisch contact met je op. Spoed? De Live chat of Whatsapp zijn alleen open voor urgente vragen. Overige vragen kunnen via de email naar hello@eatsous.com. Let op: door kerstdrukte kan de wachttijd iets langer zijn.
Ophalen Informatie
Belangrijk: zorg dat je op de juiste datum bij het pick-up point verschijnt (controleer de datum in de bestelbevestigingsemail). Eerder komen heeft geen zin omdat je menu vers is en pas vlak van te voren wordt geleverd
