No, you are not immediately tied to your reservation. In most cases you can cancel free of charge up to seven days in advance; After that, cancellation costs may apply.
The price depends on chef, menu, extras and the number of guests. You always get a personal proposal in advance with the total costs based on your wishes.
You can usually cancel for free until about seven days before the date. If canceled afterwards, costs can be charged. Adjustments are usually possible if they are passed on in time. Always tune this in advance.
Crockery, pans and possibly glassware and table decoration can be cared for or rented, you coordinate this with the chef. Cleaning up and cleaning are always included, just like the service during dinner.
