In a Japanese bowl, ramen noodles shine, enveloped in a silky smooth miso and shoyu soup base that combines deep umami and a hint of saltiness. The bowl is filled with slices of grilled pork and chicken fillet, which form a perfect harmony with the noodles and broth. Crispy kimchi relish and corn kernels add a tantalizing sweet and sour dimension. Seaweed sheets add a subtle maritime touch.
