Een verfijnde bisque met tartaar van gamba en een romige schaaldieren crème voor een heerlijke zeevruchtendelicatesse.
Malse ossenhaas, geroosterde bospeen, aardappelgratin en een winterse jus, afgemaakt met een smaakvolle cranberry compote.
Een hemels dessert: Chocolade Moelleux met sappige frambozen, delicate vanille en knapperige chocolade parels.
Over Dijk 9
Bij restaurant Dijk9 in Eindhoven kun je genieten van specialiteiten uit de Frans-internationale keuken. Chef Bas de Groot kookt met traditie van alle windstreken maar ook uitdagend om te verrassen. Het interieur kun je omschrijven als warm, knus en modern. We staan goed aangeschreven op Tripadvisor en Google en zijn trots op ons wijnassortiment. Bij goed weer droom je lekker weg op het terras onder de lommer van de bomen. Onze chefs hebben alle ingrediënten al tot in de puntjes voorbereid. Zelf ben doe je de finishing touch. Met behulp van onze video's en foto's maak jij binnen minuten heerlijke gerechten van sterrenniveau. Elk gerecht staat in een handomdraai op tafel.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
