Over Restaurant Noor
Marleen (1987) en Jeroen Brouwer (1990) werkten als koks in de keukens van sterrenrestaurants in binnen- en buitenland voordat zij hun eerste restaurant openden. Marleen werkte onder andere bij De Librije in Zwolle, Jeroen bij ’t Schulten Hues in Zutphen en samen werkten ze onder andere bij Kobe Desramaults in In De Wulf, België. Nu verkrijgbaar op SOUS.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”

The guy who had delivered it had given me a warm smile and said: enjoy it. ”
