Over De Librije
Sinds 2004 heeft De Librije een derde Michelinster en intussen zijn zij het restaurant dat het langste driesterren mag dragen. De groene ster, een onderscheiding voor duurzame gastronomie, kwam daar in 2021 bij. De Librije heeft een eigen kas, groentetuin en haalt producten uit de directe omgeving. De Librije is nu partner en verkrijgbaar bij SOUS Connoisseurs, en brengt de klassiekers met passie en liefde graag bij jullie thuis.

“Delicious menu! Tasty and easy to prepare. You have to provide a nice ambiance yourself (nice plates, candles, music). If you create this romantic setting it will be a true 'night out'. Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”

The guy who had delivered it had given me a warm smile and said: enjoy it. ”
