Marketing Lead - Digital/E-commerce

You will be managing a team of marketing agencies, as well as holding relationships with marketers from the biggest and most recognizable restaurants and chefs of the Benelux.

We are exclusive selling partner for eg Ron Gastrobar, De Librije, Parkheuvel, Aan de Poel, Van Dam, and 35 others.

As the Marketing Lead for Digital/E-commerce at SOUS, you will:

  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  1. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and effective brand message while maintaining the premium brand image of SOUS.
  1. Content Creation: Collaborate with our creative agencies to develop engaging and shareable content as well as strong ad-sets that showcases the unique offerings on SOUS.
  1. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  1. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and build partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other brands to enhance SOUS's visibility in the culinary space.
  1. Customer Segmentation : Utilize data-driven insights to identify and target specific customer segments, optimizing marketing efforts for maximum impact.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital and e-commerce marketing.
  3. Proven track record of successful end-to-end campaign management.
  4. Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  5. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
